About the Project
Who Supports Our Project?
The project is implemented with the support of ENABEL, the Belgian Development Agency, an international cooperation agency that implements projects in more than 20 countries worldwide.
The organization supports Ukraine’s recovery, reconstruction, and European integration, including through the professional development of people.“New Opportunities for a Decent Life” is an educational and practical professional retraining program for veterans, women, youth, internally displaced persons (IDPs), people with disabilities, and other socially vulnerable population groups of the Kyiv region.
The project is aimed at supporting people who need new professional opportunities, adaptation to the modern labor market, and assistance with employment. Special attention is given to creating a safe and practice-oriented learning environment.
The goal of the project is to help participants acquire a new in-demand profession, complete practical training, receive support in employment or starting their own business, and improve their financial well-being.
The project brings together:
- professional education;
- practical workplace training;
- career support;
- coaching and mentoring support;
- assistance with employment and self-employment.
The following organizations are involved in the implementation of the project:
- NGO “PA “BezmezhniMy””;
- Nemishayeve Professional College of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (state educational institution);
- partner businesses that provide practical training and support the employment of participants.
